Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst - Pricing to join our Commercial Finance & Sales Support team, supporting the North American Truck and Bus business. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, data analytics skills, and experience with BI tools and databases. This position offers high visibility and requires collaboration with Sales to drive commercial decision-making.

 

You will work closely with Commercial leadership, Finance executives, and cross-functional teams to analyze revenue trends, evaluate proposed deals and sales program, and support key commercial initiatives. This position offers high visibility across Sales leadership and the opportunity to directly influence business outcomes through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver North American market revenue reporting (Pricing collection, discounts, sales programs) with insights on trends and performance drivers.
  • Lead monthly revenue reconciliation to ascertain pricing results, and analysis of forecast causals and monthly KPIs.
  • Support the Sales team with financial and operational analysis related to assessing deal economics and sales programs.
  • Partner with business on inventory target initiatives and sales incentives plans for the North American Truck and Bus business.
  • Perform analysis of the order board to support charge-out and pricing forecasts.
  • Provide actionable insights through BI tools and database-driven analysis to enhance decision-making.
  • Support VP–Finance with ad hoc analyses to guide strategic and operational decisions.
  • Manage and maintain invoicing databases, respond to queries, and provide ad hoc reporting.
  • Prepare audit (internal/external) documentation and collaborate with third parties to standardize processes.
  • Identify, analyze, and communicate risks, opportunities, and trends across North American Truck and Bus business.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of finance experience

OR

  • Master's degree and at least 1 year of finance experience

OR

  • At least 5 years of finance experience

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or business analytics.
  • Strong analytical and data skills with advanced Excel modeling along with experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Finance and Sales teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
