Position Overview
We are seeking a National Fleet Used Truck Senior Sales Consultant to support our Independent Contractor Program. The Senior Sales Consultant is responsible for managing and growing direct sales of company-owned used truck inventory and trade receipts through National Fleet customers via the Independent Contractor Program. This role drives end-to-end sales execution while serving as a trusted advisor to fleet customers by delivering a comprehensive, one-stop solution that includes trucks, financing, service contracts, maintenance solutions, parts, and insurance. The role works closely with cross-functional account teams and National Fleet partners to ensure the success of Independent Contractor Program-embedded sales models and will also support opportunistic retail used truck sales during the program buildout phase.
Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Manage the full sales process for used truck inventory sold through the Independent Contractor Program, from lead identification through close.
- Drive volume, solution penetration, and revenue growth across National Fleet accounts.
- Act as a one-stop shop for customers by integrating vehicle sales with financing, service contracts, maintenance solutions, parts, and insurance offerings.
- Support opportunistic retail used truck sales while the Independent Contractor Program model scales.
- Independent Contractor Program Enablement
- Partner with cross-functional internal teams (finance, service, parts, insurance, and fleet account leadership) to support Independent Contractor Program success within National Fleet customers.
- Influence and coach Independent Contractors and external partners to improve sales effectiveness, conversion rates, and customer experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to National Fleet customers by providing consultative, data-driven sales recommendations.
Customer & Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with National Fleet customers, independent contractors, and channel partners.
- Drive referrals and repeat business by delivering consistent value and high-quality customer engagement.
- Support embedded Independent Contractor Program sales efforts within fleet accounts to ensure alignment to customer needs and commercial strategy.
Sales Operations & Performance Management
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, account activity, forecasts, and reporting.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Prioritize and manage multiple accounts and initiatives simultaneously while meeting performance targets.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of sales experience
- At least 1 years of lead experience

- Master's degree and at least 3 years of sales experience
- At least 1 years of lead experience

- At least 8 years of sales experience
- At least 1 years of lead experience

- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
