ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Lead fun, engaging activities that support youth development and learning. Provide a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants. Supervise children and support homework, behavior development, and social growth. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff. Maintain program records, supplies, and activity spaces. Participate in trainings, meetings, and YMCA events while supporting the YMCA mission and values. Perform other duties as assigned.
