 What you will do:

  1. Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity, adhering to established recipes and standards.
  2. Mixology Expertise: Showcase your expertise in mixology by creating signature cocktails that reflect the hotel's style and concept, utilizing fresh ingredients and innovative techniques.
  3. Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, providing recommendations, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction with each beverage served.
  4. Bar Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  5. Menu Development: Collaborate with management to develop and update beverage menus, incorporating seasonal offerings and trends to enhance the guest experience.
  6. Sales and Upselling: Proactively promote beverage specials, upsell premium products, and maximize revenue opportunities through suggestive selling techniques.
  7. Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge, and share insights with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as the kitchen and front office to coordinate service and ensure seamless guest experiences.
