ABOUT THE JOB:
The Residential Shift Supervisorassists the Program Director in ensuring program oversight, staff supervision, and day to day operations. This position will also provide support and guidance to the Youth Counselors/ Mentors by being an example of professional leadership within the program. 
  • Perform all duties of a CDRC Youth Mentor at an advanced level
  • Model all strength-based services to staff including DBT-Lite and cognitive behavior interventions
  • Assist Program Director in the supervision and oversight of CDRC Youth Mentors and assist with all scheduling issues
  • Assist Program Director in the development of performance goals and annual evaluations for CDRC Youth Mentors
  • Handle communications with outside entities, including medical emergencies, police, parents, staff, etc. during after business and weekend hours
  • Regular and consistent attendance

SCHEDULE AND RATE OF PAY:
  • Sunday to Wednesday 11:00am-9:00pm (10-hour shift 4 days a week)
  • 3-day weekend (Off Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
  • $22.95 per hour
  • Overtime / Time and a half eligible
  • Able to pick up additional hours if they become available

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum Associate’s Degree (or 60 completed credits) - Required
  • Minimum 1-year experience working with at-risk or court-involved adolescents in a Direct Care setting - Required
  • Must have valid driver’s license to utilize a company provided work vehicle – Required
  • Proven experience working in a residential treatment program - Preferred
  • Supervisory and strong interpersonal skills - Preferred
