Schedule: FLEXIBLE HOURS! (On-site or hybrid schedule)

Settings: Home Health/SNF/TCU

Home Base: Hutchinson, MN (20-mile radius of surrounding area) includes the following locations: Hutchison, Hector, Buffalo Lake, SW Region

Pay: $39 to $53 per hour (Based on experience and qualifying interview.)

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a health care setting; previous experience in home health, preferred
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Ability to travel to patient homes within designated geographic area.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Current CPR certification
