What We're Looking For

Experience working with electronics, electrical products, manufacturing, quality control, repair, testing, or technical troubleshooting
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Experience using SAP or similar ERP or database system for data entry and reporting

What You'll Do

Investigate Product Quality Issues

Inspect lighting and electronics products for defects and performance issues
Perform technical evaluations using test equipment, visual inspections, and diagnostic procedures
Identify root causes and document findings accurately and on time

Drive Quality Improvements

Create and maintain root cause and resolution reporting.
Track open quality issues and perform thorough follow through
Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
