What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or distribution experience
- Experience using an RF scanner
- Forklift and warehouse equipment experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as a team member
Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to shoulder height
Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed
What You'll Do
- Receive and process incoming air shipments and container deliveries with a focus on timeliness and accuracy
- Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain the security, integrity, and accuracy of physical inventory
- Execute daily cycle counts using SAP and inventory control processes
- Participate in inventory audits and physical inventory counts
- Verify the accuracy of cycle counts, inventory reports, and inventory transactions
- Replenish primary picking locations daily to support order fulfillment requirements
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory locations throughout the warehouse
- Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, and inventory movement activities
- Assist the Shipping team with picking and packing operations as needed
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

- Maintain exceptional inventory accuracy and data integrity
- Receive and process incoming shipments accurately and on schedule
- Successfully meet and exceed cycle count and inventory audit requirements
- Ensure picking locations remain stocked and ready to support operational demands
- Support efficient order fulfillment and warehouse productivity goals
- Minimize inventory discrepancies through proactive monitoring and problem-solving
- Contribute to continuous improvements in inventory processes and warehouse organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
