The Mobile Phlebotomist contributes to AHF by providing friendly, informative, fast-paced services to patients in our Mobile Testing Unit. The Phlebotomist performs venipuncture/capillary puncture procedures and provides instructions to patients pertaining to self-administered specimen collection.

The Mobile Phlebotomist enhances the reputation of AHF by answering patient questions, maintains confidentiality and creates a rapport that welcomes patients to return to their location and continue care. Following OSHA guidelines and proper procedures can help protect the team member and create a safe environment for patients.
