More information about Guttman Holdings and Guttman Energy can be found at www.guttmanenergy.com.           POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Operations & Sales Manager plays a dual role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth across the Lititz Tank Wagon segment and the broader eastern Pennsylvania market. This position ensures safe, efficient, and cost‑effective logistics while developing new business opportunities and strengthening customer relationships. The role combines hands‑on operational management with strategic sales leadership to optimize routing, enhance profitability, and expand market presence.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:   Operational Leadership Coordinate and communicate dispatch assignments using Cargas software to ensure optimal productivity and compliance with DOT regulations. Monitor customer fuel inventory levels, schedule deliveries, and maintain safe fill thresholds (not exceeding 90%). Optimize routing and analyze daily orders to maximize loaded mileage and equipment utilization. Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep, including Cardlock and office grounds. Collaborate with logistics and commercial teams to identify efficiency improvements and margin opportunities. Reinforce Source One’s commitment to safety in all dispatch and delivery operations. Support billing and back‑office functions to ensure timely customer service and operational continuity. Sales & Business Development Prospect, acquire, and maintain commercial fuels business throughout the regional market. Develop creative, customer‑focused programs to enhance purchasing requirements (e.g., inventory management, diversified products). Present company programs and capabilities through effective sales processes, including face‑to‑face meetings and presentations. Grow volume and profitability by leveraging market, logistics, and supply opportunities. Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing department to develop innovative solutions and new business opportunities. Allocate time strategically between developing existing business and pursuing new accounts. QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or operations within the energy or transportation industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex logistical and commercial challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with transportation management systems (Cargas, TMW, PeopleNet, TotalMail).
