Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service while building trust and lasting relationships.

  • Diagnose and resolve a variety of drain-related problems for both residential and commercial customers.

  • Expertly clean, repair, and replace drains of all kinds, focusing on quality work and integrity.

  • Identify and proactively fix small issues before they become larger, more expensive repairs for the customer.

  • Work with minimal supervision but collaborate as a valued member of a supportive team.

  • Provide guidance and share your expertise with those who are just beginning their careers in the trade.

  • Take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in all areas of drain cleaning.

  • Jet operating experience is preferred.

  • Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type professional emails.

  • A strong drive to do the job right the first time and a genuine sense of pride in your work. You are a lifelong learner who realizes that continuous growth is key to success in the trade.

  • The availability to be a part of an on-call rotation.

  • An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.

  • A valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record. You will be provided with a new company vehicle to drive each day and take home each evening.

  • Ability to kneel, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
