About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Electrician to join our New Construction & Commercial Install Group based out of our headquarters in Lititz, PA.

In this role, you'll work on a variety of commercial new construction projects, collaborating with skilled electricians, foremen, and trade professionals to deliver high-quality installations from rough-in through final completion.

What You'll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems during all phases of construction

• Complete rough-ins, finish-outs, and final electrical installations

• Install commercial service equipment and conduit systems

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and architectural drawings

• Apply NEC code requirements to ensure safe, compliant installations

• Communicate effectively with general contractors, project teams, and other trades

• Collaborate with electricians and foremen to keep projects on schedule

• Mentor and support apprentices as they develop their skills

• Follow all company and construction site safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of electrical new construction experience (required)

• Strong understanding of the NEC codebook and code compliance

• OSHA-10 Certification

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans

• Commitment to quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time

• Strong work ethic and pride in your craft

• Desire to continuously learn and grow within the trade

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree from a technical school or two-year college

• Journeyman Electrician License
