Job DetailsJob Location: United Zion Retirement Community - Lititz, PA 17543Salary Range: $23.00 - $23.00 HourlyPRN Medication Technician administers medication, provides direct care, and oversees daily service.   We are looking for an outgoing, team orientated individual who is passionate and dedicated about caring for seniors and providing excellent service. This is a place where teamwork is valued and you will get to know residents and team members by name. Qualifications  Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role or specialized training required; one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred. Current Medical Technician Certification and CPR Certification required. Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Knowledge of Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations. Ability to safely use resident-assistive equipment and medical devices, including wheelchairs, scales, gait belts, mechanical lifts, blood pressure equipment, stethoscopes, thermometers, glucometers, and pulse oximeters. Must meet all requirements of the Older Adult Protective Services Act (OAPSA), including successful completion of required criminal background checks, and maintain a drug- and alcohol-free workplace status. Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
