Haller is actively hiring right now for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Residential Services team in Lititz, PA.

What You'll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Work on heat pumps, furnaces (gas & oil), boilers, ductless systems, geothermal, and more
Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional service
Identify issues early to prevent costly breakdowns
Work independently in the field with full support from our team
Provide guidance and share expertise with junior technicians

What We're Looking For (REQUIRED)

5+ years of Residential HVAC Service experience
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
CFC Certification (Type I & II; Universal preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Comfortable using an iPad and digital service tools
Professional customer communication skills
Strong pride in workmanship and attention to detail
