We have an immediate opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk: 3^rd Shift

Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am 

Location: Lititz, PA 

Pay rates starting at $21.00/hr plus $1.60/hr for shift differential

SCOPE & BASIC FUNCTION:  

• This position is vital to the Customer Order Fulfillment process and to our goal of satisfying our customers by controlling inventory accuracy, receipt of goods, and shipments to customers.
• Maintain an accurate inventory (98% or better)
• Maintain accurate shipping (98% or better)
• Assure the timely & accurate shipment of customer orders and receipt of purchase orders to specifications.
• Actively problem solve to improve the operation of the warehouse and the Customer
• Order Fulfillment Process.
• Interact well with each other and with other departments. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regular attendance is required to maintain the functions of the job

• Accurate receiving, storing and shipping of product 
• Operate hand held scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment to keep it in good operating condition.

• Maintain the computerized inventory using SAP to assure a high level of inventory accuracy 
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories as necessary.
• Check receipts against purchase order for proper shipment, shortages and damages
• Receive incoming goods and assure they are processed properly and delivered in a timely manner.
• Pick orders according to instructions.        Ship orders by the requested ship date. 
• Operates baler when necessary
• Maintain a safe working environment and practice safe work habits.

• Audit inbound and outbound documentation for accuracy, cross-referencing the different documents and physical goods
• File and maintain filing records both digitally and in hard copies for both internal and external audit purposes 

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

• Performs other duties as assigned
• Preform daily forklift inspection and identify/tag equipment not meeting inspection requirements
• Upkeep and inspection of batteries to include filling battery with water and plugging into charging station while utilizing proper PPE
• Upkeep and inspection of propane tanks to include changing tank while utilizing proper PPE 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/OTHER SKILLS:

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience w/RF & WMS experience desired
• High school diploma or GED required
• Self starter
• Aptitude for problem solving
• Strong basic math and reading skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to safely operate and inspect a forklift (stand-up or sit-down) and other material handling equipment such as manual pallet jacks 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in reading and writing English
• Ability to pass the SR1 qualification test in English
