Position Overview:

This position is responsible for answering and resolving community inquires on Outdoor Lighting programs by phone and in-person.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing new business orders
Communicating and supporting other areas of Outdoor Lighting programs
Processing contract changes
Analyzing and correcting customer bills generated by the computer
Supporting specialized projects
Dispatching and scheduling jobs

Job Requirements:

High level of knowledge
Exceptional customer service skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP and GIS
High school diploma or GED

Compensation and Benefits:

Q3 Contracting provides competitive market pay, with a comprehensive benefit package that includes:

$22.00 - $24.00/hour, depending on experience
