Monarch Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Little Elm! Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
- Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
- Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
- Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams
Qualifications
- TX RDA Certification
- 2-3 years experience
- CPR
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience
