Location: MV Golf & Event Center, Little Falls, NY
Pay: $22.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Flexible schedule required)

Love creating great food and leading a team? Arc Herkimer is looking for a talented Sous Chef to help deliver exceptional dining experiences at the MV Golf & Event Center. From daily restaurant service to weddings, banquets, and special events, you'll play a key role in creating memorable meals for our guests.

What You'll Do

Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Help prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals
Assist with banquet, catering, and event menus
Coordinate food service for golf outings and special events
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards
Help train and support kitchen staff
Monitor food quality, productivity, and kitchen efficiency
Work as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma/GED preferred
At least one year of Sous Chef experience preferred
Knowledge of all kitchen operations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and events
