Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

路 Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and inventory.

路 Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and report discrepancies.

路 Maintain accurate inventory through routine cycle counts and inventory audits.

路 Organize inventory locations and ensure all bins, racks, and shelves are properly labeled.

路 Pull and stage materials for production as requested.

路 Assist with loading and unloading deliveries using appropriate material handling equipment.

路 Transport materials throughout the facility to support production needs.

路 Maintain inventory transactions and records using the company's inventory management system.

路 Investigate and report inventory discrepancies while helping identify root causes.

路 Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas following 5S standards.

路 Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Receiving, and Materials teams to ensure inventory availability.

路 Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.

路 Perform other duties as assigned by the Materials Supervisor.

Requirements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

路 Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.

路 Excellent organizational and time management skills.

路 Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

路 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

路 Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization.

路 Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software.

路 Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

路 Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

路 Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve processes.

Preferred:

路 High school diploma or GED preferred.

路 Previous warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing experience preferred.

路 Experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts preferred or ability to become certified.

路 Experience using inventory management or ERP systems preferred.

路 Basic math skills required.

路 Experience using handheld scanners or barcode systems is a plus.

路 Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, hoists, and other material handling equipment.
