About the Role
Royal Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing pediatric therapy team. In this PEDS-focused role, you'll deliver in-home care to children and families across Queens under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
This is a fee-for-service opportunity ideal for professionals who value flexibility and are passionate about helping children thrive through consistent and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by a supervising Physical Therapist
- Deliver care in accordance with the established PEDS treatment plan
- Keep the Physical Therapist informed of patient progress and any condition changes
- Execute approved treatment modalities based on the plan of care
- Communicate findings and outcomes to the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team
- Prioritize daily caseload and meet agency productivity expectations
- Accurately document all home visits and physical outcomes using agency-provided forms

- Flushing
- Bayside
- Cambria Heights
- East Elmhurst
- Jamaica
- Little Neck
- Saint Albans
- Springfield Gardens
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in New York
- Experience with PEDS and OPWDD populations
- Must have reliable transportation to complete in-home visits in Queens
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
