Yourrole involves:

Providingdirectpatientcaretoinpatientsinneedofhemodialysis.
Providingdirectpatientcaretoinpatientsinneedofhemodialysis.
Supervisingcareandtreatments,conductingpatientassessments,creatingpersonalizedcare plans, and addressing patient concerns.
Buildingrewardingrelationshipswithpatientsbyunderstandingtheirphysical,mental,and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
Educatingnursingstaffonthecareofthehemodialysispatient,hemodialysisequipment,and hemodialysis standards of care.

Qualifications

CurrentRNlicensuresasrequiredbystate regulations.
CPR certification
ACLSwithin1yearofhire
CRRNcertificationpreferred(Ifyoudon’thaveit,wecanhelpyoutoobtainit!)
6monthsdialysisnursingexperiencerequired.
1yearofexperienceininpatienthospitalsettingpreferred.
