The Sales Associate Key is capable of creating a selling culture where all associates align around the needs of our customers. The role involves creating, building and cultivating relationships, working in a team environment, and maximizing all traffic that enters the store. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting management to build store business, servicing multiple customers simultaneously, staying aware of fashion trends, using product knowledge to create outfits, maintaining positive working relationships, communicating store information to management, achieving sales and service metrics, supporting operational excellence including inventory management, planning and prioritizing tasks, occasionally leading or supervising others, and opening/closing the store. The position requires physical activity such as climbing ladders, standing for extended periods, and lifting at least 40 lbs.
