  • Be the go-to person for ensuring smooth operations within the branch.
  • Assist with workflow processes, support the production team, and help maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
  • From creating certificates and reports to ensuring data accuracy, your work will directly contribute to client retention and the overall success of the branch.

About You

Required:

  • High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. 

Preferred:

  • Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
  • Previous experience managing client relationships.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
