Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with new clients and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers
  • Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate options
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to provide continued support and service
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and information
  • Work toward individual performance goals while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Schedule: 
  • Monday - Friday 
Compensation: 
  • $73k-80k OTE year one






Requirements

Ideal Background
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort speaking with people and building professional relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Basic familiarity with computer programs such as word processing, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
  • A positive, confident, and professional approach 
  • Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Training and mentorship are provided for individuals who are motivated to learn
