NOW HIRING: Attorney (Personal Injury)

Little Rock, Arkansas  •  Full-Time  •  Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Who We Are

Our client is a client-focused personal-injury firm built on quality, integrity, and preparation. We value team members who take ownership, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional results. We work hard and we care deeply about the people we represent. We believe that going beyond winning means exposing wrongdoing, holding negligent parties accountable, and preventing future harm.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven Personal Injury Attorney who is ready to fight for real people and make a measurable difference in their lives. In this role, you will manage a caseload of personal injury matters. You will be a client advocate, working alongside a collaborative, high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including automobile collisions, 18-wheeler wrecks, premises liability, traumatic brain injury claims, product liability, and wrongful death
  • Conduct thorough client intakes, assess liability and damages, and develop a case strategy from the first consultation
  • Gather and analyze police reports, medical records, bills, and supporting evidence to construct compelling demand packages
  • Draft and send demand letters to insurance carriers; negotiate aggressively on behalf of injured clients
  • See through insurance carrier tactics and counter them effectively
  • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients so they always know where their case stands
  • Coordinate with medical providers, lienholders, and specialists throughout the claims process
  • Evaluate cases for litigation and prepare thorough transition files for the trial team when settlement cannot be reached
  • Keep accurate, timely records in the firm’s case management system
  • Collaborate closely with paralegals and case managers to move cases forward efficiently
  • Stay current on Arkansas personal injury law, insurance practices, and relevant case law developments

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active Arkansas State Bar license in good standing
  • Personal injury experience (pre-litigation or litigation)
  • Proven negotiation skills and the confidence to push back when an offer falls short
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build a persuasive demand and explain a complex case to a client in plain terms
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload without losing attention to detail
  • Proficiency with legal case management software

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Arkansas insurance defense practices and carrier tendencies
  • Understanding of medical terminology, injury treatment protocols, and how injuries affect long-term earning capacity
  • Experience managing a caseload of 50+ active matters simultaneously
  • A genuine drive to hold negligent parties accountable—not just close files

Base Salary

Competitive salary commensurate with experience and track record.

Performance Bonus

A structured bonus agreement is available and tied to case resolution performance, settlement outcomes, and overall caseload management. Bonus details are discussed during the offer stage.

Benefits

In addition to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment, we offer a strong benefits package that includes:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield medical coverage ($1,000 deductible)
  • Dental and vision insurance
  • Employer-provided $25,000 life insurance coverage for enrolled employees

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Little Rock, Arkansas. The role requires regular in-office collaboration with the attorney and team members. The position involves sustained periods of focused work, active case coordination, and adherence to firm policies and procedures.
