Host/Hostess

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

- Assist in coordinating seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover

- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests

- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary

- Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred

- Familiarity with Tabit POS or similar restaurant POS systems is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Professional demeanor and positive attitude

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
