At PDS Optical, we are committed to delivering exceptional eyewear and outstanding service to our Veterans. We're seeking a Licensed Optician to join our team out of the North Little Rock, AR VA and help us uphold our mission of providing GREAT Veteran CARE!

Position Details:

Full-time core hours | Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM |
Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00/hour
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus!
- $2,500 after 30 days of employment!
- $2,500 after 6 months of employment!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to Veterans.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Work collaboratively to foster a positive and productive environment.
Comply with security clearance requirements by successfully passing a background check.

Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Optician
Must have ABO
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Skilled in fitting, adjusting, repairing, and selling eyewear.
Proficient in using lensometers, pupilometers, and computers.
Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
