Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance
- Support case review, documentation, ethics, and treatment planning
- Help supervisees understand professional standards and licensing expectations
- Follow Arkansas supervision requirements
- Maintain clear supervision notes and communication
- Active Arkansas clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LPC, LMFT, LCSW or other approved independent clinical license
- Must meet Arkansas requirements to provide supervision
- Supervisory experience with counselors, therapists, or social workers preferred
