Responsibilities:
- Safely transport clients to scheduled medical appointments and destinations.
- Provide courteous, professional assistance entering and exiting the vehicle.
- Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle and follow all safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients regarding schedules and routes.
- Assist clients with mobility devices such as walkers or wheelchairs.
- Ensure accurate trip documentation and adherence to company procedures.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
- Familiarity with GPS and local routes.
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus.
