Non-emergency Medical transport Company seeking a driver. Seeking reliable compassionated rivers to provide safe, timely transportation for clients traveling to medical appointments, treatments, and other essential services. Drivers play a key role in supporting community members who need assistance getting to and from healthcare facilities. The minimum starting pay is $15/hr. Individuals will be an independent contractor (1099). There are no healthcare benefits, each individual will be assigned a vehicle and a work phone. Will get off for federal holidays. Seeking drivers in Hot Springs and Pine Bluff. 

Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport clients to scheduled medical appointments and destinations.
  • Provide courteous, professional assistance entering and exiting the vehicle.
  • Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle and follow all safety protocols.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients regarding schedules and routes.
  • Assist clients with mobility devices such as walkers or wheelchairs.
  • Ensure accurate trip documentation and adherence to company procedures. 
Requirements:
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Familiarity with GPS and local routes.
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus.
