At Advanced Physical Therapy, you'll treat a diverse orthopedic outpatient population, including patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports-related injuries, balance and vestibular conditions, dizziness and vertigo, musculoskeletal injuries, and other mobility impairing conditions. Our clinics feature private treatment rooms, fully equipped rehabilitation spaces, and a welcoming environment where therapists work closely together to provide individualized care. Your Role:

  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
  • Treat a variety of orthopedic and post-operative conditions.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
  • Accurately document patient progress and communicate effectively with the clinical team.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current Arkansas Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CPR certification, where applicable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
