Installation & Technical Work
Install, replace, and modify HVAC, plumbing, piping, controls, and related mechanical systems associated with service projects.
Interpret and work from drawings, specifications, work orders, and scope documents.
Perform system startups, operational checks, and basic commissioning tasks.
Ensure proper material handling, equipment setup, and tool usage.
Identify and report discrepancies, design conflicts, or unforeseen conditions to supervision.
Project & Site Coordination
Coordinate daily activities with service technicians, project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and customers.
Maintain productivity while meeting project timelines and quality expectations.
Assist with minor layout, measurements, and field adjustments as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
Safety & Compliance
Comply with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA) processes and follow required controls.
Properly use PPE and ensure tools and equipment are safe and serviceable.
Report incidents, near misses, hazards, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Documentation & Communication
Accurately complete required paperwork including work orders, material usage, and time records.
Communicate progress, delays, or concerns clearly to supervision.
Support closeout documentation as required for completed projects.
