What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll take ownership of key accounting and tax responsibilities across a variety of client engagements. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, applying your technical expertise to deliver accurate financial reporting, support tax compliance, and provide meaningful insights to clients. Prepare and review journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy Support and own portions of the month-end and year-end close process Analyze financial statements, identify discrepancies, and recommend adjustments Prepare individual, partnership, and business tax returns Conduct tax research and support appropriate tax treatment decisions Communicate directly with clients to gather information and explain financial results Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines with minimal supervision Collaborate with senior team members on more complex accounting and tax matters Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting or tax experience (internships acceptable) Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with accounting software (CCH or similar preferred) CPA or CPA-track preferred, not required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Effective communication skills with both clients and internal teams What We Offer Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (Coverage begins on the first of the month following your start date.)
