ACCESS is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Therapy Environmental Support Technician to join our Early Childhood Therapy team. This position plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and organized environment where students and clients can learn, grow, and thrive.

The primary responsibility of this position is cleaning and sanitizing therapy areas, equipment, and materials used throughout the day. This role also helps keep therapy supplies organized and may assist with light clerical and department support tasks as needed.

What You'll Do

Clean and sanitize the therapy gym, therapy equipment, treatment rooms, and therapy materials throughout the day.
Vacuum speech therapy rooms and other therapy areas.
Wash, dry, fold, and organize therapy laundry, including linens and therapy items.
Sanitize, organize, and stock groceries and supplies used in the Feeding Lab.
Keep therapy supplies organized and stocked.
Monitor supply levels and notify the appropriate staff when items need to be reordered.
May be asked to assist with ordering approved supplies, including Amazon orders.
May be asked to make copies, laminate therapy materials, and assist with other light clerical tasks.
Help maintain clean and organized storage areas.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday, including bending, kneeling and stooping.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
Must successfully pass required criminal background checks, Child Maltreatment Registry, Adult Maltreatment Registry, and fingerprinting.

Preferred Experience

Cleaning and organizing work areas.
Keeping supplies stocked.
Using a computer for basic tasks.
Ordering supplies online.

No experience in a therapy setting is required. We are happy to train the right candidate.
