Sbarro is looking for energetic and dependable Shift Leads to help lead our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Shift Lead, you will support daily operations, motivate team members, and help deliver outstanding food quality and customer service. If you enjoy leading by example, working with people, and creating a great guest experience, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Delegate tasks and help maintain productivity, teamwork, and positive morale
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Ensure pizzas, food items, and menu products meet Sbarro quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dining, and service areas
  • Monitor food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and shift accountability
  • Support inventory management, stocking, and minimizing food waste
  • Train and coach new and existing team members on company procedures and expectations
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is operating properly and report maintenance concerns as needed
  • Support management with daily operations and help achieve restaurant goals
  • Previous restaurant, food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
