Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Travel RRT for a travel contract position in Littleton, NH

Position Details:

Position Name: Travel RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Location: Littleton, New Hampshire

Pay Rate: $3448 Weekly Gross pay based on a 48-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: RRT/Hospital

Shifts available: Days

Shift timings: 12-hr shifts, Days, 7.00 am to 7.30 pm

Schedule: 48 hours/week guaranteed, 4 X 12-hr shifts, 4 shifts during the week | On-Call – 3 nights during the week and every 3rd weekend (On-call during the week, day shifts followed by night of call, ex: 3 day shifts followed by 3 nights of call

3 X 12-hr shifts available

On-Call rate: $2.80/hr

Position Requirements:

2 years or more previous experience in all aspects of cardiopulmonary services as RRT - Required
Must have own transportation
Ventilators (Draeger & Hamilton T1), HFNC (F&P Classic & Airvo 3), & Philips V60 BPAP/CPAP devices (ResMed AirSense/AirCurve home units basic knowledge preferred)

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

Graduate of an AMA-Approved School of Respiratory Therapy - Required
Active RRT Certification through The National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) - Required
BLS Certification from AHA - Required
ACLS Certification from AHSA – Required
PALS Certification from AHSA - Required
NRP Certification - Preferred

Job Description:

An RRT offers highly specialized patient care services to a variety of units
Coordinates with physicians, nurses, allied staff, patients, and family in scheduling and providing treatments
Documents patient interactions. Responds to all codes, rapid response teams, emergencies, and patient transports as required
Performs mechanical ventilation management within specified guidelines, protocols, and physician orders
Assures all equipment operates properly and is maintained according to manufacturer's specifications
