Customer Service Representative

This position offers an in-office work schedule out of our Littleton, CO office. 

Put your motivation, energy, and service-driven mindset into a Customer Service Representative role with our Joe Morten & Son agency. Your professionalism and ability to adapt and problem solve will serve you well in this position where you will partner with agents and insureds to support complex accounts in the trucking industry.

In this role, you will provide office and sales assistance by responding to requests for information, services, quotes, permits, authority, and licensing. You can enjoy the peace of mind that comes from working for a long-time stable company with a great schedule and hours to accommodate your busy life. Your hard work and hustle will also be rewarded through a quarterly incentive plan.

Position Hours: 

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Salary Range

$43,000 - $47,000 plus quarterly bonuses

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable with a desire to learn and grow.
• Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize computer software. Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System is a plus!
• Must obtain and maintain a P&C license within the first 90 days of employment.
