What You’ll Actually Do

Guide public companies through SEC reporting and compliance
Work on capital markets transactions that make headlines
Advise on corporate governance for high-growth and established businesses
Collaborate with smart, grounded colleagues who’ve got your back

What You Bring

At least 3 years of solid experience in securities or corporate law
A JD from a top-tier law school and bar membership in good standing
Strong drafting skills and the confidence to take the lead when it counts

Compensation between $260K and $390K, depending on experience
