We are looking for?a disciplined, detail-oriented analyst who thrives on teamwork and critical thinking. This role requires both technical depth and creative problem-solving to navigate complex systems and abstract concepts. Success depends on the ability to both deliver technically complex solutions and communicate those solutions in a relational and non-technical way.Â
Role Responsibilities:Â
- Create unique and insightful data visualizations in Tableau for internal initiativesÂ
- Create reference documents in the EDA Knowledge Hub surrounding Tableau visualizations, reporting best practices, and UI/UX standardsÂ
- Lead the effort in establishing and facilitating a QA process for Tableau reportingÂ
- Communicate both technical and non-technical information to internal teams and external clientsÂ
- Support Visuals team in product development and maintenanceÂ
Compensation:Â Â
- Compensation is $20 per hour, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per weekÂ
- This is an internship position based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, reporting to the Visuals Team LeadÂ

Requirements
Â
Minimum Qualifications:Â
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics/Finance, Geology, Engineering, or a related discipline.Â
- Demonstrated analytical ability through coursework, academic projects, internships, or research experienceÂ
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail, with the ability to break down complex problems into tactical actionsÂ
- Strong ownership mentality: able to work in ambiguous situations and propose solutionsÂ
- Ability to learn quickly, prioritize, and adapt to new assignments in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization toolsÂ
- Exposure to SQL or relational databases through coursework, projects, or prior experienceÂ
- Familiarity with the Microsoft office suite, including proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPointÂ
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Preferred Qualifications:Â
- Progress toward advanced coursework (or a Master’s degree) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics/Finance, Engineering, or a related fieldÂ
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, automate repetitive workflows, and build clean, reliable systemsÂ
- Experience presenting analytical findings clearly in academic, research, or professional settingsÂ
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, demonstrated through academic, research, or project-based experienceÂ
- Has a public-facing data visualization portfolioÂ
- Exposure to Figma or similar design toolsÂ
- Experience in client-facing rolesÂ
