What You’ll Do:

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support that enables the effective operation of Century Communities’ Executive Office. This role supports the day-to-day activities, organization, and operational rhythm of senior leadership by managing scheduling coordination, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and administrative processes essential to executive effectiveness.

Operating at the center of the Executive Office, this position interacts regularly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners across the organization. The role requires strong organizational capability, sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong service mindset and a commitment to excellence in execution.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Executive and Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative and coordination support that enables the efficient operation of the Executive Office.
    • Prepare and format executive reports, correspondence, and materials with accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
    • Maintain organized records, files, and shared documentation to support efficient access to information.
    • Track administrative requests and support timely follow-through on assigned items.
    • Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing requests and managing administrative workflows.
  • Meeting and Calendar Coordination
    • Coordinate scheduling across internal stakeholders, helping ensure alignment with executive priorities and timelines.
    • Manage meeting logistics including conference rooms, virtual meeting platforms, and required materials.
    • Prepare agendas and meeting materials as requested and support follow-up coordination.
  • Travel and Logistics Support
    • Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistical coordination.
    • Support expense report preparation and reconciliation.
    • Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and company events as needed.
  • Executive Office Operations
    • Serve as a point of contact for administrative requests directed to the Executive Office.
    • Maintain office supplies and assist with vendor coordination supporting executive operations.
    • Support execution of administrative processes that contribute to efficient Executive Office operations.
    • Identify opportunities to improve administrative organization, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

What You Have:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools.

Your Education and Experience:

  • 5-7 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and/or executive teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or professional office setting is strongly preferred.

Compensation:

Century Communities Inc, intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $75K - $80K plus bonus potential.  Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance and the Company’s 401k plan.
