About the Role
In this role, you will implement strategic planning and guide business development efforts to expand client relationships and diversify market sector engagement lead, develop, and grow existing project production teams, influence technical delivery, and have responsibility for the P&L and business operational success.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and grow a high-performing land development engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute regional strategy, including revenue goals and growth initiatives
- Own regional P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, and financial performance
- Drive business development efforts, identifying opportunities and leading pursuits across a variety of land development verticals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
- Oversee project execution to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to high quality standards
- Provide leadership in staffing strategy, hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Mentor and develop staff, setting goals and supporting career growth across the team
- Lead project scoping, contract development, and resource planning
- Represent HR Green through industry engagement, networking, and professional organizations
- Partner with leadership to identify market trends and position the firm for continued growth

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership experience
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with the jurisdictions within and surrounding the Denver market required
- Experience with one or all of the industrial, retail commercial, multi-family/single family residential and master planned community market sectors preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects and operations
- Strong business development and client relationship management experience
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and achieving growth targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams, offices, and disciplines

Compensation Range
126,000 -206,000
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with California’s SB 1162. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
