The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for facilitating practice and provider transitions in collaboration with Practice Leaders and all internal departments. This position manages and executes strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, this role leads cross-functional teams and facilitates meetings to address roadblocks and ensure timely completion of deliverables. In addition, this position develops business models supporting short and long-term organizational roadmaps and investigates, recommends, validates, and deploys tools and information systems for organizational use. Additionally, this role conducts observations, develops actionable plans, and implements solutions to identified problems.  May oversee staffing to include recruitment, retention, training, and competence of team members, conducting performance evaluations, and managing disciplinary actions as required.

  • Plans, budgets, oversees, documents, and reports on all aspects of assigned projects.

  • Coordinates project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion.

  • Manages practice and provider transitions, including new practice locations and relocations.

  • Facilitates communication and collaboration with cross-functional business partners to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.



The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Required qualifications:

  • High School Grad or Equiv

  • Associate

  • 3+ provider interaction, project coordination or relationship building

  • 4+ professional experience

  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: Associate's and 2+ years professional experience OR  High School Grad or Equiv and 4+ years of professional experience
