Northern New England,Ā Non-Invasive CardiologistĀ 

Dartmouth-Hitchcock (D-H), one of the nation's leading innovators in clinical care, research, education, and healthcare policy, is seeking an experienced BC/BEĀ CardiologistĀ to practice at our Littleton Hospital Clinic in Littleton, NH, with some coverage at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH), St. Johnsbury, VT.Ā

This is aĀ full-timeĀ (1.0 FTE) orĀ part-timeĀ general cardiology outreach position at the Heart and Vascular Center at D-H, at established inpatient and outpatient settings with facilities for non-invasive imaging and a wide array of services. The physician will be well-supported by nurses and administrative staff. The position involves a blend of clinical responsibilities including a busy outpatient practice, inpatient consults, and interpretation of echocardiographic and nuclear stress tests. The physician will report to the Chief of Cardiovascular Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.Ā

The ideal candidate would demonstrate:•   Ā Commitment to providing the highest quality and cost-efficient non-invasive cardiovascular medical care•   Ā Commitment to education and teamwork•   Ā Excellent interpersonal, clinical, and teaching skills, along with board certification in cardiovascular medicine•   Ā Expertise in reading both echocardiograms and nuclear stress tests•   Ā Interest in working closely with a collegial and supportive staffĀ

For a 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent position, the annual base salary range for Cardiology is $438,000 to $543,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Incentive compensation may be available in addition to base salary. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and CME support). A sign-on bonus and a relocation stipend may also be available, subject to eligibility.
