The role you’ll contribute:Â
Responsible for assisting physicians in performing a variety of specialized cardiovascular procedures. This position supports diagnostic and interventional catheterization, pacemaker/defibrillator implantation, intra-aortic balloon pump operation, and electrophysiology studies. This role ensures the proper setup and operation of equipment during procedures. In addition, this position monitors patient status and documents procedure details accurately. Additionally, this role collaborates with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities for this role include assisting with procedures, ensuring equipment setup, monitoring patient status, documenting details, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Required qualifications:
Technical/Vocational School Graduate of an accredited program in invasive cardiovascular technology Required or
Associate Required or
Bachelor's Required.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Required or
RCES - Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist Required or
Registered Technologist - Cardiac-Interventional Radiography (RTCI) Required

Preferred qualifications:
1+ Work Experience
Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA)
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Cert
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS)
