The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for accurately analyzing and abstracting clinical data and information. This position maintains organized and detailed clinical reports and databases while ensuring confidentiality at all times. This role involves working as a member of different teams and requires independent work, self-motivation, and attention to detail. In addition, this position interprets and understands clinical data effectively.

 

 

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Distributes data in usable formats as directed.

  • Provides consultation and support for performance improvement initiatives.

  • Abstracts clinical information from medical records for submission of core measures, National Cardiac Data Registry data, and cardiovascular surgery outcomes.

  • Interacts with and provides education to front line staff, including physicians, on a daily basis.

Required qualifications:

  • Associate's of Nursing Required

  • 0+ Work Experience

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
