Compensation Overview 

Average compensation for this position is commission based from $50,000, with top performers earning $150,000. 
 
 Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: 

• Assistcustomers with service needs and sellingadditionalservices to customers
• Take ownership of the customer’s experienceand leavinga positive impression on the customer
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person 
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. 
• Oversees the administration of warranty claims and training and supervises the service department
• All other duties assigned

Experience & Qualifications Needed to be Successful:

• 1-3-years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but notrequired
• Mustmaintaina valid state driver’s license to drive any customer or company vehicle. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Consistent record of service and sales success. 
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results. 
• Team-oriented and self-motivated. 
• Able to work with little supervision.
