Overview
Job Summary
Responsible for providing technical support, system configuration, integration, change management, and overall application
management related to Air Methodsā IT Applications. Designs, develops/configures, codes (such as scripting), tests, debugs, and
documents applications. Familiar with relational databases and client-server concepts.
Ā
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:Ā
Ā· Application administrator duties for Air Methodsā IT ApplicationsĀ
Ā· Participate in hands on testing (manual and automated), bug reporting on in-house developed and
integrated vendor applicationsĀ
Ā· Troubleshooting and resolution of system, application and data incidentsĀ
Ā· Perform application releases to production environment following change management proceduresĀ
Ā· Create reports and write queries in support of business teamsĀ
Ā· Manage, triage and prioritize incoming user support requests, including operational issues, technical
defects, data problems, and data reporting issues.Ā
Ā· Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
Ā· Bachelorās degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university and five to eight yearsā related experience and/or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ā· 6 plus yearsā experience in a technical support role
Ā· Knowledge of trends and developments in the fields of data management, workflow automation and software data
integration. Hands on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaS) and tools (Terraform, Bicep etc.)
Ā· Experience with iPaaS (Integration as a Service), and test automation a plus
Skills
Ā· Proactive, self-starter with proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures
Ā· Ability to participate in and lead projects
Ā· Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively and exercise independent judgment in a team environment
Ā· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (technical writing & documentation)
Ā· Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ā· Experience applying Agile methodology
Ā· Data analysis
Ā· Excellent customer service skills (Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical employees)
Ā
Computer Skills
Ā· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ā· Experience with SSRS, SSIS
Ā· Strong SQL skills. Experience in programming, scripting languages a plus Ā· Basic grasp of APIās and standards (REST, SOAP, OAuth)
Ā· Experience deploying and supporting Azure services and infrastructure

USD $104,000.00/Yr.Maximum Pay
