Position Title: Sr. Backend Integration Analyst

Terms: Contract-to-Hire

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

*Hybrid schedule with 3 days/week in-office

Pay Rate/Range: $65-80/HR

Responsibilities:

• Builds, leads and maintains a high-performing self-organized Agile team.
• Manages product feature deliveries through their entire SDLC.
• Coaches the team, removes impediments, and builds team psychological safety.
• Drives team and stakeholder common understanding on deliverables.
• Engages in prioritization discussions with stakeholders on team backlog.
• Establishes and maintains effective communications with key stakeholders.
• Delivers on team commitments, managing scope, schedule and quality.
• Improves and documents team processes, updates deliverables status.
• Identifies gaps, issues, risks, missing details in requirements and deliverables.
• Translates technical concepts to non-technical people.

Requirements:

• This role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Agile software delivery, Confluence, Jira, and Gitlab are required.
• 7 + years of experience in a related role.
• Communications Industry experience is a plus.
