About the Role
Enabled Energy is seeking an experienced Superintendent / Working Foreman to join the EE Delivery Team.
The Superintendent will manage specific projects on site on working under the direction of a Construction Manager. They ensure that each project they are assigned to, will be delivered with high quality, on time, and under budget. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of project management delivery, is proficient in communication, organization, and service skills and will actively participate in the installation of the contracted solution.
Travel: Across United States & Canada is required approximately 70% of the time. The candidate will be expected to spend a majority of his or her time at the customer sites managing construction projects and developing relationships with the local customer teams.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of construction experience
- Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with project management tools
- Use of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers/cutters, drills, etc.)
- Use of specialized power tools (saws, nibblers, impact drivers, etc.)
- Experience running control wire following best practices for dressing wire, stripping and landing wire ends, choosing and using proper conduit, fittings, grommets, etc.
- Use of electrical meter to verify conductivity and measure voltage, current, power, power factor, etc.
- Able to use a computer to configure fans, VFDs, etc;
- Strong supervision skills and work ethic
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Technical proficiency in construction and data center systems
- Skilled in subcontractor coordination and procurement
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Preferred:
- Data Center specific certifications (DCEP, CDCP, etc;)
- PMP or equivalent certification
- HVAC and Mechanical experience a plus
Benefits/Compensation

- This is a full‑time, exempt position with a base salary of $60,000-$80,000
- Discretionary performance bonuses are provided for this position.
- This role is eligible for remote or in-office work, based on candidate preference and business needs.
