Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Littleton, New Hampshire. This position offers flexibility, meaningful long-term patient relationships, and the opportunity to make an impact within a community-focused healthcare environment in Northern New Hampshire.
The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide outpatient primary care to patients of all ages while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to high-quality, patient-centered care.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role offers an excellent balance between direct patient care and protected administrative time. Approximately 80% of the schedule is dedicated to clinical care and 20% to administrative responsibilities, allowing the provider dedicated time to complete documentation and other responsibilities outside of scheduled patient visits.

CLINICAL ENVIRONMENT
The ideal provider enjoys developing lasting relationships with patients and families and is comfortable caring for individuals across the lifespan. The practice emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care rather than simply maximizing patient volume.
The expected patient pace is approximately two patients per hour, with clinical support available from an experienced interdisciplinary team.

The practice currently utilizes AthenaPractice and is transitioning to AthenaOne.

• Base Salary: $114,000–$120,000
