Job DetailsJob Location: FL, Live Oak - Suwannee Correctional Institution Annex - Live Oak, FL 32060Job Category: Medical Physician & Advanced Practice ProviderWe are currently seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our team at the Suwannee Correctional Institution Annex in Live Oak, FL.   Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm   The Physician provides medical assessments and evaluations, provides treatment for emergent, urgent, and routine medical issues, provides and supervises medical treatment for chronic medical conditions, and participates in organizational initiatives to help prevent diseases and injuries of patients in a correctional setting.
